We're Gearing Up for the High School Visual Arts Competition 2025!
The 22nd Annual High School Visual Arts Competition is coming back to the Art Gallery at the Orinda Library in Spring 2025.
Registration for 2025 will open in early January.
Important Dates:
- Sunday, 1/5/25, 9am PST | Registration Opens > Submission Form will be here at 9:00
- Friday, 2/21, 11:59 pm PST | Registration Deadline (online)
- Friday, 2/28, 4 - 6pm | Artwork Dropoff Window at Orinda Library
- Saturday, 3/1, 10am - 12pm | Artwork Drop Off Window at Orinda Library
- Sunday, 3/2 — Friday, 4/4 | Exhibit in the Art Gallery at the Orinda Library
- Thursday, 3/20, 7 - 8:30pm | Artist Reception & Awards Presentation
- Saturday, 4/5, 11am - 2pm | Artwork Pickup at Orinda Library
- Sunday, 4/6, 10am - 12pm | Artwork Pickup at Orinda Library
- Please do not take away student artwork before the official artwork pick-up time! Each returned piece needs to be recorded and signed out.
- These are the only days to pick up your artwork. Please make arrangements (with a parent, friend, or teacher) ahead of time if you are unable to pick up your artwork on either of these days due to Spring Break or other conflicts.
There is no fee to enter, however, we welcome donations of any size to support the High School Visual Arts Competition and the other volunteer-led programs of the Lamorinda Arts Council. Should you decide to support our programming, the suggested donation amount is $25, which can be paid online or by check to Lamorinda Arts Council, PO Box 121, Orinda, CA 94563.
