Description

This paper mache piece includes many of my firsts such as sculpting, and paper mache. The idea for this project came from a quote I read in the book Sing, Unburied, Sing; “…, a dog barks. It’s a hacking sound, full of anger and sharp teeth. At the heart of it all: fear.” (Ward, 118-119). I added four eyes to signify that there is something more internal, within the soul as well as to show that fear often blinds one’s view.
