Description
This piece was meant to make fun of the idea that women in many movies/pieces of media who hold positions of power in a workspace are always depicted as cold, mean, and emotionless for them to be competent in their jobs. The “boss” of the meeting in this artwork exaggerates this idea by depicting the image of a literal demon leading a meeting in hell, with the irony being that all of the workers seem to be in a pleasant mood and working productively. This drawing was created on paper with a variety of different 2D traditional materials.
