Description
This piece was used with ink and a dip pen, stippling, and flowing lines being the main focus to create elaborate patterns and details. The piece “Want” symbolizes the destructive consequences of too much want and lust in a person and the constant chase to fulfill what the heart desires most. The vibrant pink ink heart was a choice meant to bring a focal point and draw the eyes downwards while the rest of the piece remains the similar black ink. Every small detail, that was individually placed, was a conscious decision and made to keep the viewer looking for more and thinking.
