Description
In making this piece, I wanted to capture the intense inspiration I feel to create art moving forward in my life. When I see the art that those around me are making, it feels as if I am standing in front of a glowing fire and as if, deep within me, something is lighting up in that exact same way. The allure of it all has driven me to make art all of my life and to make the (somewhat scary) choice to pursue art in college. I used as many colors and as loose a hand as possible when painting this piece to capture that wild, pure feeling of being truly inspired to create.
