Taking images from my 2024 installation “Is That My Face…?” I recontextualized what was a multimedia tribute to facial dysmorphia and women’s confused self-objectification via the internet into a more intimate piece tackling the voyeuristic gaze of women’s auto-photography (“selfies”).
