Description
These pieces were thrown and altered on the wheel. They were then glazed with the Raku method, which involves heating the pots to 1,600 degrees, taking them out of the kiln with tongs when they are red hot, and placing them into a can lined with newspaper and other combustibles, creating a reduction environment.
