Description
My inspiration pools from both the Vikings and Spartans. I chose to mix the two because I’m fascinated by both Nordic mythos and the runic language, as well as the history, armor, and conquests of Sparta. As for the reason I chose to use black paper and white ink is because I wanted to challenge myself as it’s something I haven’t done before and because I think that it will stand out.
Description/History: The symbols on the helmet are from the Runic language which was used by ancient Nordic Vikings and the helmet itself is of Spartan design. The axe is a typical one-handed Viking axe used either duel-wielded or as a secondary weapon used alongside a short sword.
