Adison Schoemehl – Baby Blue

This piece is an homage to the simplicity and peacefulness of childhood. I created it by studying my own face as a toddler. I chose to incorporate a fun raincoat to further add to the theme of simple joy. I also used a warm color palette to create a sense of nostalgia. It serves as a reminder of the purity of being a kid and is meant to spark joy in the viewer.
