Lamorinda Arts Council is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Art Gallery at Wilder in cooperation with the City of Orinda.  The public is invited to attend the grand opening artist reception from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. where light refreshments will be served. Ribbon cutting is at 3:00 pm.  City of Orinda officials will be in attendance to participate in the ribbon cutting.  The Art Gallery at Wilder is located at the Wilder Art and Garden Center at 20 Orinda Fields Lane in Orinda.

Artist Judy Chamberlin of Walnut Creek is the featured artist for this grand opening. Chamberlin is well-known for her large scale oil and acrylic paintings including figurative work such as portraits, animals and murals plus expressive biomorphic abstracts. The solo show sets the tone for future monthly exhibits which are scheduled to rotate on the first of every month.
