Description
I used different techniques to show my work – like color. The two main colors I used are pink and green, but I used different kinds of green and pink which makes the whole background very colorful but not too cluttered. I also used a small amount of color for the character because I wanted to retain the original light and dark changes of the character and the lines drawn by the black pen, so I only drew the accessories such as earrings, mouth, and necklace. I also used different textures when painting this piece such as different cardboard textures to create a richness to the face of the painting where there would only be a single cardboard texture. In this piece, I used different shapes like circles, dots, lines, and grids because I wanted to create a fun and futuristic feel. These patterns helped my background become colorful and highlight my characters. This picture gives people the feeling of being very excited about going on vacation during the summer vacation, and the process of jumping into different spaces with the feeling of traveling through time and space in VR.
