Description
“Unfinished Exploration” depicts an abstract self-portrait reimagined in the form of a fantasy-inspired map. Through the use of initial outlining in pencil and specific detailing in pen, I integrated classical elements of literary cartography with aspects of my own appearance and identity. The piece represents the idea that one’s own identity is created through an ever-evolving nature of self-discovery—shaped by both what we know about ourselves and the continuous journey to learn more.
