Description
This photo showcases a girl looking at a flower with a sense of longing. I used the bush to create contrast between the subject and the bush. I wanted the light originally to be front lighting but it ended up being backlighting because the front lighting wasn’t ideal for a low-key photo. It was hard to position the subject because the bush was very small but tall so I had to change her position multiple times to get the photo. In my shot planner, I wanted a closeup and I was able to achieve that. Overall this photo turned out how I wanted it to and I’m very pleased.
