The Lamorinda Arts Council presents a Virtual Art Gallery at Wilder exhibit during August featuring abstract artist David Lew of El Sobrante.  His focus is on how he uses textures and colors to effect fluid movement throughout his work. The mission of the Council is to ignite and sustain artistic expression and appreciation for all ages throughout Lamorinda.
