The Poet Laureate Program Committee (PLPC) works alongside the newly named Poet Laureate to encourage poetry and the literary arts in our local communities. If you are interested in contributing to these efforts please join us. We begin and end each meeting with a poem read by a volunteer.

Meetings are held on odd numbered months in Lafayette on the third Monday at 10 am throughout 2018: March 19, May 21, July 16, Sept. 17, and Nov. 19.

Meetings are held on even numbered months in Orinda on the third Monday at 10 am through 2018: April 16, June 18, August 20, Oct. 15, and Dec. 17.
