Saint Mary’s College Center for Environmental Literacy and Kalmanovitz School of Education hosts a yearly River of Words youth art and poetry contest inspired by the natural world. USA entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2020; international entries must be received by February 1, 2021. Contest winners are selected in April 2021.

They are looking for work inspired by watersheds where students live, the environment and the natural world they see every day.
